1. No Return Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

Helmets are safety and hygiene products, so returns are not accepted once the product is opened, worn, or used.

2. Exchange Available Only for Size Issues

  • Exchange is allowed only for size problems.

  • FOR SIZE EXCHANGE , CUSTOMERΒ  ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR COURIER CHARGESΒ 
  • Helmet must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags, stickers, and box must be intact.

3. Exchange Window

  • Customers must request an exchange within 24–48 hours of delivery or purchase.

  • After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.

4. Conditions Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Scratches, dents, wear marks, or damaged visor

  • Used or worn helmets

  • Missing tags/box/accessories

  • Wrong color or model selected by customer after order confirmation

5. Defective or Damaged Product

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we offer:

  • Free replacement, after checking photos/videos shared by the customer

  • Damage must be reported on the same day of delivery

6. Exchange Process

  • Customer must share unboxing video for verification

  • Once approved, they can send the product back

  • Exchange will be processed after inspection

  • Shipping charges (if any) may apply
